Retainer Policy

To ensure your makeup appointment is booked and held, I require 50% of the service fee.

To ensure your lash or brow appointment is booked and held, I require a valid credit card to be on file. All full service appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit.


After 24 Hours & No Show Policy

Your appointment time is valuable to me and I want to provide the best service possible at the time that is most convenient for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call or text me and give a 48 hour advance notice. If I do not receive a call or text before the 48 hours, for makeup appointment: the retainer will be kept and cannot be used towards any other service; for lash & brow appointment: half of the service fee will be charged to your card on file or retainer kept. If you "no show" for your appointment, I will charge you the second part of the service fee.


Refund Policy

There are NO REFUNDS on any services I have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service please contact me within 48 hours, and I will be happy to fix any issues you may have.
